Have you been feeling, anxious, worried and depressed? Talking with an unbiased, professional counsellor can help.

Thinking about counselling can be a daunting experience but perhaps by reading this you have taken the first step.  There is no obligation to continue after the first meeting but if you wish to, we will agree a day and time that works for you. Sessions are for 50 minutes and can go on for as long as you feel you need them. They typically take place on an agreed time and day each week, including evenings and weekends, subject to availability.

Talking through what is troubling you, can help gain a clearer understanding of issues you face, and to find suitable ways of coping.

Counselling can help with a range of issues such as:

· Distress caused by physical conditions.
